Fulfillment Policy

At Clickcase Technologies LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing journey funnel design and implementation services to drive new patient leads for your practice. Our services include a detailed and structured approach to ensure the successful delivery of the marketing solutions outlined in the agreement. Below are our delivery, refund, and cancellation policies, which help maintain the integrity of our work and mutual commitment.

 

Delivery Policy

  1. Project Timeline: The services provided by Clickcase Technologies LLC will be delivered according to the phases outlined in the agreement:

    • Design Phase: Expected to be completed within 1-2 weeks.

    • Build Phase - Release 1: Expected to be delivered within Weeks 3-4.

    • Build Phase - Release 2: Expected within Weeks 5-6.

    • Build Phase - Release 3: Expected within Weeks 7-8.

    • Full Release & Calibration: Scheduled for Weeks 9-12.

    • Operational State: Ongoing services will continue from Week 13 to Week 26.

  2. Lead Delivery: Patient leads generated through the marketing funnel will be delivered to the Purchaser through email, phone, or text message as specified in the agreement. Lead generation is expected to begin with Release 1, which is scheduled for Weeks 3-4 of the project timeline.

  3. Completion of Deliverables: All implementation services, including journey automations, campaign build-outs, microsites, and lead generation tools, will be fully completed and operational within 12-14 weeks of the start of the agreement. Any delays in the completion of the project due to changes requested by the Purchaser will be communicated and adjusted accordingly.

  4. Ad Spend Start Date: The ad spend and patient lead generation are expected to commence incrementally with Release 1 of the marketing funnel implementation. The Purchaser agrees that ad spend may begin at any point between Weeks 3-4 based on project readiness and market conditions.

  5. Performance Reporting: Regular performance reports will be delivered to the Purchaser, including project status updates during the build phases and detailed performance data during the operational state.

 

Refund Policy

  1. Performance Guarantee: We guarantee that the revenue generated from the procedures driven by the implemented marketing program will exceed the total cost of implementation and operational fees. This guarantee is limited to the implementation and operational fees and excludes ad spend or additional advertising platform expenses paid via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other platforms.

  2. Refund Request Procedure: If you believe the program did not deliver the guaranteed results, you may request a refund. The refund applies only to implementation and operational fees, and no refunds will be given for ad spend. To initiate the refund process:

    • You must submit a written refund request to Clickcase Technologies LLC.

    • After the refund request, we will have 30 days to continue running the program free of charge, during which we will optimize the program to attempt meeting the performance metrics.

  3. Refund Issuance: If, after the additional 30-day optimization period, the program has not met the guaranteed performance, Clickcase Technologies LLC will issue a refund of the applicable implementation and operational fees. The refund will be processed within 60 days of receiving the written request.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Early Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination:

    • If purchaser-initiated termination occurs before the end of the six-month minimum ad spend schedule, no refunds will be issued for any paid ad spend, and any performance guarantees will become null and void.

    • Clickcase Technologies LLC will be entitled to compensation for any work completed up to the date of termination, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining ad spend balance.

  2. Payment & Grace Period: Payments are expected to be made according to the agreed schedule. In the event of late payment:

    • A five-day grace period is provided. If payment is not received within this period, Clickcase Technologies LLC reserves the right to cancel any remaining work and terminate the agreement.

  3. Cancellation by Clickcase: If payment is not made within the initial three-day period after signing the agreement, Clickcase Technologies LLC may cancel the agreement. A late fee will apply for non-automated payments (invoicing fees).

 

Exclusions

The refund and cancellation policies outlined above do not cover:

  • Any remaining balance from ad spend.

  • Costs incurred from third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook).

By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in our delivery, refund, and cancellation policies.
